Hunter Hobart joined CPI after almost 9 years in the House, most recently serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for Representative Gary Palmer (AL-06). Prior to that, Hobart served in numerous roles on Capitol Hill from Staff Assistant to Legislative Director.
Hobart was born and raised in Tampa, FL before his family moved to Hickory, NC. In 2013 he graduated from the University of South Carolina where he studied economics and played lacrosse.
Hobart lives in Winston-Salem, NC with his wife, Anna, and daughter, Sullivan. He is an avid outdoorsman and an active member of his church.
