Trimbath has nearly three decades of experience in conservative public policy and development. He is passionate about linking top philanthropists around the country with strategic opportunities to advance their values. He previously served as senior advisor to the president and the John Von Kannon Fellow at The Heritage Foundation. Prior to that he served for over six years in the administration of President George W. Bush.
He believes strongly in the values of faith, family and freedom as the bedrock of our nation, and he desires to see those values permeating every corner of society. That’s why he is active with several national organizations dedicated to faith and freedom.
Born and raised in Lancaster County Pennsylvania, Trimbath and his wife Jill spent several years in the Washington DC area before returning home to the Keystone State to raise their three children: Sarah Elizabeth (age 16), Katherine Sophia (age 14) and James Joseph (age 12). Trimbath holds a B.A. from Messiah College (Grantham PA) and a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (South Hamilton MA). He is active in his church where he regularly teaches courses for adults in Christian Formation.
