Mary brings tenacity, policy insight, and strong relationship building skills to CPI. As Government Relations Coordinator, she bridges Capitol Hill offices, partner organizations, and policy professionals across the movement.
Prior to joining CPI, Mary worked for Sen. Mike Lee, starting as an intern and making her way to legislative assistant. As an intern, Mary found her love for social politics and a desire to work on Capitol Hill full-time. She was brought on as a legislative correspondent working on healthcare, education, social welfare, and life policies, and later got promoted to legislative assistant.
Mary graduated cum laude from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. She graduated with a BA in Administration of Justice and a minor in Psychology. She served as Vice President for Seahawk Radio and participated as an orientation leader from sophomore to senior year.
