Born at Walter Reed into a Navy family, Schreiber moved thirteen times across four countries before his family settled in Tennessee. Prior to joining CPI, Schreiber served as the Legislative Director for Representative Victoria Spartz (R-IN), and prior to that, as the Legislative Assistant and body-man for Representative Dan Bishop (R-NC) where he was assigned to the House Judiciary and Weaponization committees.
Schreiber earned his bachelors in Financial Economics from Columbia College at Columbia University in the City of New York. During which time, he was inducted into the coveted John Jay Society and was also selected by the Department of Economics to prepare monetary policy proposals for the New York Federal Reserve Board. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Data Science and Financial Analytics from the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University.
