California Consumer Privacy Act as Amended by The California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA as amended”)

The Privacy Policy is designed to comply with the CCPA as amended despite CPI not fitting the definition of a covered business under the CCPA as amended, which went into effect on January 1, 2023.
